Desert Valley Powersports was started by Dan & Michelle Denchel in 1991 in the neighboring city of Sunnyside Wa. The Dealership originally was named Sunnyside Motorcycle Co. where it was located in a small building off the Yakima Valley Hwy. This location was the foundation for 16 years as this mom & pop motorcycle dealership grew and soon evolved into what we are today. Dan & Michelle had dreams of expanding and were able to do this in 2007 with the new location in Prosser Wa. right off Exit 80/Gap rd & I-82 . Our new location has a 14,000 sq. ft showroom to display a variety of products and accessories. Our service department & Parts department have the experience and knowledge to be able to work on all makes and models.  
Since 2008, Desert Valley Powersports has been awarded PRO YAMAHA Status. The only way we can achieve this is by you,our customers voting us in with your accolades about your total buying experience on your new Yamaha.
